Rockland County has launched an online, web-based Self-Service Plan Permit & Licensing Portal that you may now use to submit your Permits and Forms to the Sewer District. Our new portal will guide you step by step through the application process, allow you to apply and manage multiple applications in one place, schedule, view, and cancel inspections, and much more.
