Mission Statement

The mission of the Rockland County Department of Consumer Protection is to ensure a fair and equitable marketplace for our consumers. We are dedicated to protecting the public from unlicensed contractors, fraud, and unfair practices through regulations, issuance of licenses, enforcement, and educational outreach.
