Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds - Repaving West Park Place and Meadow Avenue

On or about March 31, 2026, the Rockland County Office of Community Development will submit a request to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the release of CDBG program funds under Title I of the Housing and Community Development act of 1974 (42 U.S.C. 5301 et seq.), as amended, for the Repaving West Park Place and Meadow Avenue Project. 

Any individual, group, or agency may submit written comments on the ERR to Rockland County Office of Community Development, 50 Sanatorium Road, Bldg. A. 6th Floor, Pomona, NY 10970, or email at RCOCD@co.rockland.ny.us. All comments received by March 30, 2026, will be considered by the Rockland County Office of Community Development prior to authorizing submission of a request for release of funds. Comments should specify which notice they are addressing.
