Now Available
August 29th Deadline For Nonprofit & Municipal Agencies To Apply
New City, NY, - County Executive Ed Day and Youth Bureau Executive Director Gabriella Marano-Holahan are proud to announce that the Rockland County Youth Bureau will be initiating its Request for Proposal (RFP) process for all not-for profit and municipal agencies who wish to apply for 2025-2026 Youth Development Program (YDP) funding.
The Youth Bureau administers NYS Office of Children & Family Services (OCFS) YDP funding to promote positive youth development, increase youth developmental assets and decrease juvenile delinquency through direct service to young people.
TO APPLY: The Youth Bureau will be accepting emailed Concept Papers through 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 29th, 2025. Only electronic submissions will be accepted.
Non-profit and municipal agencies can only apply for programs that provide direct services to young people under 21 years of age. Each Concept Paper will be reviewed by the Allocations Committee of the Youth Bureau Advisory Board.
The term for this funding is October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2026.
