OFA Chair Yoga & Zumba - Spring 2026
Join the Office for the Aging for our spring Chair Yoga and Zumba series!
Chair Yoga will be offered at the Palisades Center in West Nyack, as well as in Suffern.
Zumba will be held at the Palisades Center.
• Registration is required — participants must speak directly with an Office for the Aging staff member by calling 845-364-2100.
Programs are open to Rockland County residents age 60 and older.
Space is limited and registration is first come, first served.
