Statement from the Office of County Executive Ed Day
New City, NY, - The Office of the Rockland County Executive announces that County Executive Ed Day has successfully undergone a BasiVertebral Nerve Ablation on his lower back. The procedure numbed nerves to ease severe pain in his hip and back.
The County Executive’s Office has recently received expressions of concern regarding the County Executive’s health, which the County Executive appreciates, but aside from the orthopedic issue, County Executive Day is in good health and recuperating from the procedure.
County Executive Day will continue his official duties without interruption and plans on returning to work in the office Monday, April 6th.
